DOMEZ

DOMEZ is a sports facility booking platform developed by DOMEZ High Tech Inc., built exclusively to serve the unique needs of indoor and outdoor sports venues — pitches, courts, halls, and playing surfaces. The app enables players to instantly search, view, and book facilities in their city, pay in full or split costs equally among teammates, and register for local leagues — all from one intuitive mobile experience.

The project delivers a complete mobile ecosystem for the sports booking space — covering facility discovery and real-time availability for players, streamlined booking and payment management for facility owners, split-payment functionality for groups, and league registration for competitive players. The platform is purpose-built for domes, courts, and pitches, with a focus on eliminating the friction of calling venues, settling payments manually, and missing league deadlines.

Designed Figma-first with a clean, sport-forward visual language, the DOMEZ mobile app delivers a consistent iOS and Android experience. The design system covers player-facing discovery and booking flows, facility owner dashboards, group payment interfaces, and league management screens. The platform supports real-time availability views, in-app split payments, and facility profile management — making it the go-to app for sports enthusiasts and venue operators alike.

The Story

For sports enthusiasts, booking a dome or court has always been unnecessarily complicated — calling venues one by one, hoping a slot is free, then chasing teammates for their share of the payment. DOMEZ was built to fix exactly that. As a platform solely focused on sports facilities, DOMEZ understands the specific needs of pitches, courts, halls, and playing surfaces better than any general-purpose booking tool. The result is an app that lets players search their city's facilities instantly, view real-time availability and pricing, book in seconds, and split the cost equally among all players — with no awkward money conversations after the game. For facility owners, DOMEZ provides a complete suite of tools to manage bookings, payments, and listings, all from a single platform.

Our Approach

The design was built Figma-first — establishing a sport-forward visual language that feels energetic, clean, and effortless to navigate. Every screen was designed with the player's journey at its core: from landing on the app and discovering nearby facilities, to selecting a time slot, choosing how to pay (full or split), and confirming a booking in just a few taps. The split-payment flow received special design attention — it needed to be completely frictionless, mathematically transparent, and accessible to all players in a group booking simultaneously. League discovery and registration flows were designed to surface upcoming leagues prominently so competitive players never miss a registration window. The facility owner dashboard was crafted separately as a management-first interface, prioritising booking visibility, availability control, and payment tracking.
